This spacious holiday home has 7 bedrooms, 5 en-suite bathrooms, 1 family bathroom and 2 WC's and can accommodate up to 17 people , Dedicated cinema room with additional flat-screen TV all with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, a washing machine, two fridge freezers and all cooking facilities. Towels and bed linen are available in the holiday home. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.
We also have a small, very pretty private outside courtyard for you to enjoy.
Light sleepers may want to choose bedrooms at the rear as this property's very central location means the front rooms overlook the main high street, if your in Brighton for a party, this will no doubt add to the experience.

Both the Ivy and The Ivy Asia are waiting for you 3 minutes walk along the high street and Brighton has some of the best food outlets in the country, from large recognised chains to independent retailers offering something you can't find anywhere else.
